Sinclair’s Truffle Dinner

TRUFFLE season is here and Sinclair’s Head Chef Rishi Kapoor has created a rich and earthy seasonal 5-course menu full of flavour.

If you haven’t yet had a meal at Sinclair’s, you are yet to sample the finest dining in Penrith.

Situated upstairs at the stunning new Log Cabin Hotel, the food and service is exceptional.  I organised a group of friends to dine there last weekend and we are still raving about how delicious it was!  I thoroughly recommend it.

The perfect time to give it a try is Truffle Night, which is coming up on August 17.

Sinclair’s will take you on a journey of our local community and farmers who make up each dish, explain the Pialligo Truffle Farm family history and introduce you to Nick Spencer, an Award Winning Australian Wine Maker. All guests will enjoy a 2021 Nick Spencer Petillant Natural on arrival with amusebouche.

Sinclair’s can’t wait to welcome you to the first of many seasonal dinners!
