20-year old Nepean Hockey Association junior representative Annie Rose Buckley has been chosen in the NSW Blue Under 21 Women’s team, which will contest the Australian Under 21 Field Hockey Championships in Perth from 20th-27th July.

NSW is sending two teams to the national championships, including a further two Nepean representatives who play locally but live away from the district, being Taquira Mcgrath (NSW State) and Abigail Simpson (NSW Blue).

NSW Blue is drawn in Pool B, alongside Western Australia, Tasmania and Victoria, whilst NSW State is in Pool A, drawn to play Queensland, ACT and South Australia / Northern Territory in the preliminary rounds.
